《益气安神汤》
(加2粒红苹果让汤味更清甜滋润)
成分:川贝粉、无花果、南北杏、蜜枣
功效:润肺止咳、生津开胃、润肠通便、提神补气
煮法:将药材洗净,倒入锅中(药粉包1小时半后下)。加入2L-2.5L水量,大火煲至沸腾后转小火熬2小时。肉类和盐可自行斟酌份量。
《Lungs Clearing Nourishing Soup》

Ingredients: Chuan Bei Fen, Wu Hua Guo, Nan Bei Xing, Mi Zao
Benefits: Nourish lung and relieve cough, benefit body fluid and promote appetite, help defecation, refresh mind and tonify qi
Preparation: Wash all the herbs and pour them into the pot (the medicinal powder pack put in 1 and a half hours later). Add 2L-2.5L of water, after boiling then turn to low heat and boil for 2 hours. Add meat and salt as your preference.
