《润肺健脾糖水》
成分:雪耳,大无花果,雪梨干,桔饼,杞子,桃胶,洋薏米,砂拉越薏米
功效:滋阴润肺,健脾美肌
煮法:桃胶和雪耳浸泡隔夜,第二天把所有材料洗净(除了桔饼)放入锅内加2-2.5L水煲1小时,最后15分钟加入泡好的桃胶,加入适量冰糖即可。
《Run Fei Jian Pi Sweet Soup》
Ingredients: Snow Fungus, Wu Hua Guo, Dried Snow Pear, Ji Bing, Goji Berry, Peach Gum, Pearl Barley, Sarawak Barley
Benefits: Nourish yin and lungs, strengthen spleen and beautify skin
Preparation: Soak the peach gum and snow fungus overnight. The next day, wash all the ingredients (except the orange cake) and put 2-2.5L of water in a pot for 1 hour. Add the soaked peach gum in the last 15 minutes, and add an appropriate amount of rock sugar.
