《养颜三宝糖水》
成分：桃胶，雪燕，雪莲子，雪耳，龙眼，杞子，蜜枣，洋薏米，砂拉越薏米
功效：滋润生津，养颜美容
煮法：桃胶，雪燕，雪莲子和雪耳浸泡水中隔夜，第二天把所有材料洗净放入锅内加2-2.5L水煲1个小时，最后15分钟放入泡好的桃胶，雪燕和雪莲子即可。可适量加入冰糖调味。
《Yang Yan San Bao Sweet Soup》
Ingredients: Peach Gum, Gum Tragacanth, Snow Lotus Seed, Snow Fungus, Dried Longan, Goji Berry, Preserved Dates, Pearl Barley, Sarawak Barley
Benefits: Nourish body and beautify
Preparation: Soak the peach gum, gum tragacanth, snow lotus seeds and snow fungus in water overnight. The next day, wash all the ingredients and put them in a pot with 2-2.5L of water for 1 hour, and put the soaked peach gum, gum tragacanth and snow lotus seeds in the last 15 minutes. Add appropriate amount of rock sugar to taste.
