成分:防风、陈皮、茶叶、甘草、紫苏叶、薄荷
主治:传统上适用于外感发烧,伤风感冒,消除热气,肚腹胀痛,轻微呕吐,轻微腹泻,头晕头痛。食积饱胀,舟车晕吐。
服法:热滚水一杯,茶一包(6gm)加生姜二片浸泡几分钟,每日可服三至四次。
Ingredients :Folium Perilla Frutescens, Camellia Sinensis, Herba Mentha Haplocalyx, Pericarpium Citrus Reticulata, Radix Glycyrrhiza Uralensis, Radix Saposhnikovia Divaricata
Indication :Traditionally used for symptomatic relief of cough, fever, cold, body heatiness, stomachache, mild vomiting and mild diarrhoea.
Dosage :Put 1 teabag in a cup of boiling water with two slice of ginger. Let it steeps for a few minutes. Can be taken 3-4 times a day.
