将茶袋浸泡在750毫升的热水长达3至5分钟。饮用“SOD抗酸茶”没有特殊的禁忌，也没有量的限制。每天饮用两包以上，效果特佳。可以直接饮用或依照个人喜爱加入糖，牛奶，柠檬汁或蜜糖调味。
Preparation :
