烹调方法:
1. 准备1只甘榜鸡/鸡块(1-1.5kg)、1包郑仕隆盐焗鸡调味香料和铝箔纸(附于袋内)。
2. 先切除鸡的头和脚,将鸡洗净。然后将1包郑仕隆盐焗鸡调味香料涂匀鸡身/鸡块,腌制大约3小时,隔夜更佳。用铝箔纸把鸡只/鸡块包好。
3. 然后放入焗炉内焗180°C或隔水蒸约40-45分钟至熟透,即可享用,趁热进食。
适用于腌制任何肉类(蒸或烧烤)
配料:当归,玉竹,党参,北芪,香辛料,淀粉,幼盐等配制而成。

Cooking Method:
1. Prepare 1 whole chicken kampung/chicken pieces (1-1.5kg), 1 sachet salted chicken spices special and aluminum foil (provided).
2. Clean chicken and remove head & feet. Rub inside and outside of the chicken/chicken pieces with salted chicken spices special. Marinate at least 3 hours. Leave it overnight for better result, Wrap chicken/chicken pieces in aluminum foil.
3. Roast to oven 180°C for approximately 40-45 mins or steam until cooked. Ready to serve.
