蚝豉,也称“蛎干”,一种海味,牡蛎(也称蚝)肉的干制品。 是广东一带的传统风味名菜,属于粤菜系。 主产于广东,是广东人民春节必食的菜肴。 牡蛎,别名蛎黄、海蛎子,是一种大众化的海味食品,它的肉营养丰富,含蛋白质45~57%,脂肪7~11%,肝糖19~38%,此外还有多量的维生素等,素有“海牛奶”之称。

一般人群均可食用

1. 适宜体质虚弱儿童,肺门淋巴结核,颈淋巴结核,瘰疬之人食用;适宜阴虚烦热失眠,心神不安者食用;适宜癌症患者及放疗、化疗后食用,是一种不可多得的抗癌海产品;适宜作为美容食品食用;适宜糖尿病人,干燥综合征患者食用;适宜高血压病,动脉硬化,高脂血症之人食用;妇女更年期综合征和怀孕期间皆宜食用;

2. 患有急慢性皮肤病者忌食;脾胃虚寒,慢性腹泻便溏 者不宜多吃。

Suitable for majority of the people

1. Suitable for children with weak constitution, hilar lymph node tuberculosis, cervical lymph node tuberculosis, scrofula; suitable for people with yin deficiency, irritability, heat, insomnia, and uneasy people; suitable for cancer patients and after radiotherapy and chemotherapy. It is a rare food. Anti-cancer seafood; suitable for consumption as beauty food; suitable for people with diabetes and Sjogren’s syndrome; suitable for people with hypertension, arteriosclerosis, and hyperlipidemia; suitable for women with menopausal syndrome and during pregnancy;

2. People who suffer from acute and chronic skin diseases should not eat; those with deficiency and cold of the spleen and stomach and chronic diarrhea with loose stools should not eat more.
