《酸梅汤》

材料:山楂、乌梅、甘草、洛神花、桂花、陈皮
功效:提神醒脑、健脾开胃、益气生津
做法:将材料洗净,放入锅内加1-1.5L水,待水沸腾后转小火煲1小时即可。可加入适量冰糖调味。

Benefits: Refreshing the mind, strengthening the spleen and appetizing, replenishing qi and promoting.
Preparation: Rinse herbs, add 1-1.5L of water to a pot, bring to boil and turn to low heat for 1 hour. May add rock sugar as your preference.
