《清热开声茶》
成分:千张纸,干葛,桔梗,蝉蜕,薄荷叶,麦冬,元参,天花
功效:清热开声,清肝解渴,宣肺热祛痰
煮法:将药材洗净,放入锅内加2-2L水,待沸腾后转小火煲一个小时即可。可斟酌加冰糖调味。
《Qing Re Kai Sheng Tea》
Ingredients: Qian Zhang Zhi, Gan Ge, Ju Geng, Chan Tui, Mint Leaf, Mai Dong, Yuan Shen, Tian Hua
Benefits: To clear away heat and activate sound, clear liver and quench thirst, clear lung heat and eliminate phlegm
Preparation: Wash all the herbs, add 2-2L of water to the pot, turn to low heat for one hour after boiling. Add rock sugar at your own preference.
