成分:杞子,红枣,川穹,当归

煮法:2只鸡腿或半只鸡,切小块用盐或耗油少许入味,待水滚后将鸡肉与药材放入碟子蒸20分钟即可,鸡汁香甜,适合一家大小。

Ingredients: Goji Berry, Red Dates, Chuan Qiong, Dang Gui

Preparation: 2 chicken drumsticks or half chicken, cut into small pieces with salt or consume a little oil to taste. After the water boils, put the chicken and herbs into a plate and steam for 20 minutes. The chicken sauce is sweet and suitable for a family.
