《煲汤药材》
成分:党参、玉竹、杞子、红枣、淮山
功效:补气提神、补血益气、健脾益肺
煮法:将药材洗净,倒入锅中。加入1.5L水量,大火煲至沸腾后转小火熬1小时半。肉类和盐可自行斟酌份量。
《Herbal Soup》
Ingredients: Bei Qi, Dang Shen, Yu Zhu, Qi Zi, Hong Zao, Huai Shan
Benefits: Tonify qi and refresh mind, nourish blood and qi, invigorate spleen and benefit lung.
Preparation: Clean all the herbs and put them into a pot with 1.5L of water. Boil it for 1½ hours then season it with salt. You may boil it with meat as your preference.
