《核桃补脑汤》
成分:核桃仁、玉竹、莲子、淮山、北芪、杞子、元肉
功效:补脑益智、补气养血、安眠健胃、强心健神
煮法:将药材洗净,倒入锅中。加入2.5L-3L水量,大火煲至沸腾后转小火熬2小时。肉类和盐可自行斟酌份量。
《Walnut Herbal Soup》
Ingredients: He Tao Ren, Yu Zhu, Lian Zi, Huai Shan, Bei Qi, Qi Zi, Yuan Rou
Benefits: Benefit brain, tonify qi and nourish blood, promote sleeping and digestion.
Preparation: Clean all the herbs and put them into a pot with 2.5L-3L of water. Boil it for 2 hours then season it with salt. You may boil it with meat as your preference.
