《菌菇养胃汤》
材料:羊肚菌,巴西蘑菇,虫草花,玉竹,淮山,沙参,杞子,元肉
功效:健脾开胃,行气消食,化痰降压
做法:将药材洗净后倒入锅中,加入2L-2.5L水量,大火煮至沸腾后转小火煲1小时30分钟。可自行斟酌加入盐和肉类。
