《行气活血汤》
(此汤内含田七,孕妇不适合饮用)
成分:泡参、田七、元肉、杞子、红枣、党参、茯苓、淮山
功效:活血化瘀、滋阴补气、清热生津
煮法:将药材洗净,倒入锅中。加入2.5L-3L水量,大火煲至沸腾后转小火熬2小时。肉类和盐可自行斟酌份量。
《Circulation Promoting Soup》
(Contains Tian Qi, not suitable for pregnant lady)
Ingredients: Pao Shen, Tian Qi, Yuan Rou, Qi Zi, Hong Zao, Dang Shen, Fu Ling, Huai Shan.
Benefits: Activate blood and remove stasis, nourish yin and tonify qi, clear heat and generate fluid.
Preparation: Clean all the herbs and put them into a pot with 2.5L-3L of water. Boil it for 2 hours then season it with salt. You may boil it with meat as your preference.
