《羊肚菌滋补汤》

成分:羊肚菌,芡实,莲子,淮山,百合,北芪,玉竹,红枣,枸杞,桂圆

功效:补脑提神,强身健体,有益肠胃,滋补调理

煮法:羊肚菌洗净,泡水半小时,其余药材洗净放入锅里,加入2.5L-3L水量,待羊肚菌泡好连水一起倒入锅,开火煮沸转小火熬2小时即可享用。此汤可供4-5人享用,肉类可自行斟酌分量。

Ingredients: Yang Du Jun, Qian Shi, Lian Zi, Huai Shan, Bai He, Bei Qi, Yu Zhu, Hong Zao, Gou Qi, Gui Yuan

Preparation: Wash the dried morchella mushroom and soak in water for half an hour. Wash the rest of the herbs and put them in a pot, add 2.5L-3L of water.
