《祛湿健脾汤》
(可加莲藕2节和红苹果两粒)
成分:生熟薏米、老陈皮、蜜枣、赤小豆
功效:祛湿消水肿、健脾养胃、利尿清热
煮法:将药材洗净,倒入锅中。加入2.5L-3L水量,大火煲至沸腾后转小火熬2小时。肉类和盐可自行斟酌份量。
《Qu Shi Jian Pi Soup》
(Optional: Add in lotus root and 2 apples)
Ingredients: Sheng Shu Yi Mi, Lao Chen Pi, Mi Zao, Chi Xiao Dou
Benefits: Drain dampness and remove water distension, invigorate spleen and nourish stomach, promote urination and clear heat.
Preparation: Clean all the herbs and put them into a pot with 2.5L-3L of water. Boil it for 2 hours then season it with salt. You may boil it with meat as your preference.
