Being in an emulsion form, the Vitamins A & D in the cod liver oil are easily absorbed. This product can be taken by children as young as one year old and also by adults.
Recommended Daily Intake:
1-3 y/o: 15ml - 1 tablespoon once a day
4-8 y/o: 15ml - 1 tablespoon twice a day
9 y/o and above: 15ml - 1 tablespoon thrice a day
