用法：每包可用7公升清水煮至费滚，再用温火煮10到15分钟。待冷至适当的温度后，即可用来洗澡或以毛巾沾湿敷于全身。
Instruction: Place 1 packet into a container of 7 liter of water. After boil to simmer for 10-15 minutes. Then allow to cool down to suitable temperature before shower or wipe over the body with a towel.
