《六味清补凉》
成分:玉竹,淮山,莲子,大百合,元肉,洋薏米
功效:清热润肺,健脾益气,养心安神
煮法:将药材洗净,放入装有3L水的锅内,用大火煮滚后转小火煲两小时,加入冰糖后即可享用,冷热皆宜。可依据个人喜好适量加入桃胶,雪莲子,雪燕等。
《Liu Wei Qing Bu Liang》
Ingredients: Yu Zhu, Huai Shan, Lian Zi, Bai He, Dried Longan, Barley
Benefits: Clear heat and nourish lungs, invigorate spleen and qi, nourish heart and calm nerve
Preparation: Wash all the herbs, put them in a pot with 3L of water, boil over high heat and turn to low heat for two hours. Add rock sugar and enjoy. Peach gum, snow lotus seeds or snow swallows can be added in an appropriate amount according to your preference.
