《人参滋补汤》

成分:人参、玉竹、淮山、杞子、大沙参、红枣

功效:健脾益肺、宁心益智、养血生津、提神补气

煮法:将药材洗净,倒入锅中。加入2.5L-3L水量,大火煲至沸腾后转小火熬2小时。肉类和盐可自行斟酌份量。



《Ginseng Herbal Soup》

Ingredients: Ren Shen, Yu Zhu, Huai Shan, Qi Zi, Da Sha Shen, Hong Zao

Benefits: Invigorate spleen and benefit lung, tranquilize heart and induce resuscitation, nourish blood and benefit body fluid, refresh mind and tonify qi.

Preparation: Clean all the herbs and put them into a pot with 2.5L-3L of water. Boil it for 2 hours then season it with salt. You may boil it with meat as your preference.
