《虎乳强肺汤》
成分:虎乳菌、无花果、太子参、白术、老陈皮、淮山、蜜枣、玉竹
功效:补肺健脾,益气养阴
煮法:将药材洗净,倒入锅中。加入2L-2.5L水量,大火煲至沸腾后转小火熬1小时30分钟。可自行斟酌加入调味料和肉类。
《Breathing Mushroom Soup》
Ingredients: Tiger Milk Mushroom, Dried Fig, Radix Pseudostellariae, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, Mandarin Orange Peel, Chiense Yam, Sweet Dates, Rhizoma Polugonati Officinalis.
Benefits: Strengthen lung and digestion function, nourish the stomach and intestine.
Preparation: Clean all the herbs and put them into a pot with 2L-2.5L of water. Boil it for 1.5 hours then season it with salt. You may boil it with meat as your preference.
