《四神汤》
成分:茯苓、莲子、淮山、芡实
功效:祛湿利尿,开胃健脾,滋阴养胃
煮法:将药材洗净,倒入锅中。加入1L水量,大火煲至沸腾后转小火熬2小时。肉类和盐可自行斟酌份量。
《Si Shen Herbal Soup》
Ingredients: Fu Ling, Lian Zi, Huai Shan, Qian Shi
Benefits: Remove dampness and promote urination, improve appetite and invigorate spleen, nourish yin and benefit stomach.
Preparation: Clean all the herbs and put them into a pot with 1L of water. Boil it for 2 hours then season it with salt. You may boil it with meat as your preference.
