《清润汤》
成分:玉竹、淮山、杞子、红枣、大沙参
功效:养阴益肺、生津止渴
煮法:将药材洗净,倒入锅中。加入1.5L-2L水量,大火煲至沸腾后转小火熬1小时半。肉类和盐可自行斟酌份量。
《Qing Run Herbal Soup》
Ingredients: Yu Zhu, Huai Shan, Qi Zi, Hong Zao, Da Sha Shen.
Benefits: Nourish yin and benefit lung, benefit body fluid and relieve thirst.
Preparation: Clean all the herbs and put them into a pot with 1.5L-2L of water. Boil it for 1½ hours then season it with salt. You may boil it with meat as your preference.
