《贝竹参润汤》
成分:干贝、玉竹、虫草花、杞子、淮山、红枣、大沙参
功效:养肺滋补、清心安神、滋阴润燥、益胃生津
煮法:将药材洗净,倒入锅中。加入2.5L-3L水量,大火煲至沸腾后转小火熬2小时。肉类和盐可自行斟酌份量。
《Bei Zhu Shen Run Soup》
Ingredients: Gan Bei, Yu Zhu, Chong Cao Hua, Qi Zi, Huai Shan, Hong Zao, Da Sha Shen
Benefits: Nourish lung, clear heart and calm mind, nourish yin and moisturizing, benefit stomach and benefit body fluid.
Preparation: Clean all the herbs and put them into a pot with 2.5L-3L of water. Boil it for 2 hours then season it with salt. You may boil it with meat as your preference.
