《补气提神汤》
成分:泡参、北芪、玉竹、淮山、海竹、元肉、杞子、红枣
功效:滋润补气、宁神益智、清热生津、消除疲劳
煮法:将药材洗净,倒入锅中。加入2.5L-3L水量,大火煲至沸腾后转小火熬2小时。肉类和盐可自行斟酌份量。
《Qi Improvement Soup》
Ingredients: Pao Shen, Bei Qi, Yu Zhu, Huai Shan, Hai Zhu, Yuan Rou, Qi Zi, Hong Zao
Benefits: Nourish and tonify qi, tranquilize mind, clear heat and improve body fluid, improve fatigue
Preparation: Clean all the herbs and put them into a pot with 2.5L-3L of water. Boil it for 2 hours then season it with salt. You may boil it with meat as your preference.
