《健脾补血汤》
成分:黑豆、黑枣、红枣、元肉、杞子、北芪、党参
功效:补肾强身、乌发补血、滋阴明目、养颜美容
煮法:将药材洗净,倒入锅中。加入3L水量,大火煲至沸腾后转小火熬2小时。肉类和盐可自行斟酌份量。
《Blood Nourishing Soup》
Ingredients: Hei Dou, Hei Zao, Hong Zao, Yuan Rou, Qi Zi, Bei Qi, Dang Shen
Benefits: Strengthen kidney and bones, darken hair and tonify blood, nourish yin and brighten vision, promote beauty.
Preparation: Clean all the herbs and put them into a pot with 3L of water. Boil it for 2 hours then season it with salt. You may boil it with meat as your preference.
