《养心安神汤》
成分:百合、元肉、杞子、茯神、玉竹、淮山、北芪、老陈皮
功效:宁心安神、润肺止咳、理脾健胃、利湿消积
煮法:将药材洗净,倒入锅中。加入2.5L-3L水量,大火煲至沸腾后转小火熬2小时。肉类和盐可自行斟酌份量。
《Yang Xin Ning Shen Soup》
Ingredients: Bai He, Yuan Rou, Qi Zi, Fu Shen, Yu Zhu, Huai Shan, Bei Qi, Lao Chen Pi
Benefits: Tranquilize heart and calm mind, nourish lung and relieve cough, invigorate spleen and benefit stomach, remove dampness.
Preparation: Clean all the herbs and put them into a pot with 2.5L-3L of water. Boil it for 2 hours then season it with salt. You may boil it with meat as your preference.
